Khang DMake sure there is fuel in the vehicle and not 1/8 of a tank. To have to put fuel in the truck before you can start is time consuming.

Marie HImprove your pick up truck after hours methods. Also my reservation was for 4 pm, I was running behind. I called and told them I was going to be 30 mins late. I don’t know who answered the phone the first time but they told me they could only hold my reservation until 4:30 and if I couldn’t make it there they would have to cancel it. I called again I got another female on the phone. She said that they was okay and the reservation holds for 24 hours. Then the ladies in the office was walking out of the door as I was leaving. They said you have to use uhual mobile option. They left. As I started the process it informed I owed a few from a move I did 4 years ago. I have only used uhual for all of my moves. I have moved 3 times since then and was never charged. However I needed the truck that night to move in. I had to pay unexpectedly $400 plus the $104 for my truck. Needless to say. I will not use uhual ever again. Bad customer service; my moving process was delayed by 3 hours due to me unable to access the truck keys due to glitches in the uhual after hours mobile app.

J'urmaul TPersonal interaction. No downloaded apps. No "take a picture and upload" nonsense. You didn't have the dolly I requested. The instructions were unsent/unclear. Your customer service options are a joke. It took forever to even talk to a real person. Once I got to a person, they wanted to transfer my problem. Your phonemenu systems have 0 options to account for actual problems, only new orders or modifying existing. Overall, I will never use Uhaul againnot will I recommend it. Your business model is a joke. Fpr a company designed to make things "easier"on every day consumers, you didnothing but add incredible stress to an already stressful day. I don't even have words to describe how much of a joke my experience with your "service" it really was.
John MTruck was filthy and roach infested , this truck is extremely raggedy, loud knocking and has not been serviced in God knows how long. This was the absolute worst truck ever in the history of my renting with UHaul!

Terrence CI rented the truck for a day, it was due back on Wednesday morning at 9 am. I dropped off the truck Tuesday night at 6:30 PM. I got a message from UHaul on Wednesday afternoon asking when I was going to drop off the truck. I told them I dropped it off the night before. I checked my bill and I was charged for a two day rental not a one day. I called and it was verified that I returned the truck on time. The billing was suppose to be corrected, I received a second charge for the correct amount of 99.74, but I was supposed to have received a credit of $132.86. For the over charge of 99.74 and 33.12. So far I have a receipt for the credit but credit was not given to my credit card.

MonToya BI think my experience was 5*:s y'all went far and beyond to help me and make my move easy , I had only rented for a short time to get what little was left from what my movers moved , not realizing that my movers forgot to take anything from my basement so I needed to extend how long I needed it for and was so easy to do just called and they did for me in less than 2 mins , very nice and understanding and on top of a that I somehow lost the key to the truck so as you can see my move was already hectic enough I didn't need any more problems , U-Haul sent someone out asap and made another key and problem solved , thanks U-Haul y'all were fantastic

Daniel TI came to the location a day before reservations because it was not showing in the app that I reserved & the location was closed on my rental day. I was told it will pop up on your day of arrival. Short version I stayed on the phone with tech support for 2.5 hours trying to get the truck.
SHARESSA CThis location was fine. It’s the overall experience that was TERRIBLE. On hold with customer service for an hour. Your website not working ever! So you can’t make a reservation online. Your company is the least user friendly I have ever experienced

Angela HMy experience indicates the Organization is not well coordinated in terms of 1. The lengthy times you keep customers like me on the line waiting 2. After waiting for so long, I was automatically rerouted to anther customer agent only to start the whole process of explaining the reason why I called. That didn’t seat well with me at all because I had other pressing needs to attend to. The Organization needs a lot of customer relations improvements to catch up with.

Erin BBad customer service not willing to communicate with paying customers truck not cleaned and unsanitary and asked me to have the truck back by 9am for another rental and wasn't even in the office. I reccomend not.
WANDA JThey didn’t give me a receipt, said one would be emailed to me; 2days later I get a receipt with extra charges on them. I return the truck the day of 30 minutes before my time and the lady came out and said she had something to do and told me I wouldn’t be charged.. Inwas charged.
