Representative was very unprofessional. Although she was clean. When I picked up the truck and dropped it off she was cleaning. She couldn’t check the truck in when I dropped it off, she claimed that a cellphone was needed and she didn’t have hers. Also when picking the truck up she did not give me the contract, she said the printer wasn’t working. Terrible location!

The appliance dolly was not on the truck I had to go back the next day when they open to get the appliance dolly. on top of that they didn’t want to do anything to fix that or extend the rental for the time that I had it because it took them an hour to get me in the rental. I should’ve been given some type of discount or compensation for the extra miles I had to drive to pick up the dolly on top of that for how late I was able to get in the truck and just the inconvenience all together. They claim they make moving more convenient But it is a lie I would’ve been done Friday night moving I had to wait until Saturday when I could get an appliance dolly because they were closed how is that for inconvenience. I’ve rented with them before and I didn’t have that issue, I won’t make this mistake again. I will go back to Penske and get unlimited miles for less money who made sure every time A dolly was on the truck

You charge my card for gas and I put the gas back where it was. The lady did not even do walk through with me. I had to take a picture of it myself to remember. All she gave me was the key

Communication with the location was perfect. They were knowledgeable and very helpful along the way. However, our furniture dolly was forgotten which made our move a little hectic. All in all, the experience was good, but we have had great at another location nearby.
