TOMMY DThe rental process was very easy as was the return. The cargo trailer was well maintained and did a 5 hour round trip with no problems at all. The interior of the building was a little warm, and could have been because the ac wasn’t on or wasn’t working.

Lance DThe National U-Haul website was down and we had had to wait an hour for it to come up. This delayed me in meeting with my hired moving help and they charge $200 an hour, and it cost me that hour. This problem was of no fault to the local U-Haul representative or their business. It was a national U-Haul problem That would be nice if U-Haul would refund me $200 for the hour lost that I had to pay the moving help.
CHARLES LThe 26ft truck I was given was a piece of Shit. It was dirty, over 121, 800 miles, and the front end/axel was completely worn out. It shook so bad you could barely it 65 MPH. It was hard to handle. The tires were worn on the inner tread, indicating this truck needed a wheel alignment. UHaul does not take care of their trucks. Penske was too far away, otherwise, it was my first choice, not uhaul. Not sure why the staff at this location gave me piece of crap, since there were other trucks available. Thank goodness, I will never use this dealership again.

ARTHUR WI was shocked to learn when paying with cash, I needed to pay a deposit???? I was told I would get it when I returned the equipment at the drop-off location. This is NOT true. Once the equipment is dropped-off, the "main office" is notified and a check will be mailed to me! WHAT, cash and I get a check back a week later?????? That part of the experience sucks!

Ronald BZane from little creek auto sales was amazing at helping us with our uhual.. especially after having trouble with the app and spending an hour and a half on the phone with the call center.. the call center said we would receive compensation for the time we spent on the phone trying to pick up the truck since we couldn't get it to work after almost 2 hours and had to reschedule and pick up in person the next day but we didnt receive any compensation. Next time we'll just go in person. Zane made the experience so much smoother than the app

DAVID LDropped off trailer. Item I picked up that I needed trailer for was broken went to pick back up assuming 24 hour rental meant exactly that and it was well before 24 hours and was told had to re rent trailer to use it again. Complete joke

Leslie LThe trailer was faulty and people who don’t tow trailers normally would not known that something was wrong. This trailer left me on the side of the road for near two hours in the middle of no where while the only assistance U-Haul could come up with was an hour away. As a single female this was dangerous

RANDY NThe pick up location was extremely hot inside the building. Asked the gentleman to start the truck for me so it could cool off some before I got in it as I have a health condition that I can’t get too hot. He started the wrong truck! I was given a truck in horrible condition. My wife spent 10 minutes taking photos of all of the damage to the truck before we left the location. There were many trucks that fit our size truck rental and was given a truck that looked like it had been in multiple accidents. Will never use this location again.

FLOYD OWe had several tall items of furniture that would barely stand up in the trailer. The roll up door gave us problems because it made the ceiling lower. Wish we would have doors that opened to the outside like our previous rental had.
