The clerk working at this location knew very little about how the U-Haul process worked. They couldn't answer my questions and they did not make me feel sure that my needs were handled properly. I was very unsure throughout the entire process.

The reservation app was a fiasco. It wouldn't let me do things I needed to do. In the end, I needed to go into the facility to redo the reservation. The customer service people were helpful when chatted with them about the problems.

It was an old truck and needs the muffler fixed; sounded terrible and I was embarrassed to drive it down my street. The location service was great but the equipment was bad...this truck needs to be taken out of service and fixed.

The truck was SO LOUD that we only used it for one trip, there was an obvious need for maintenance, The clerk of at the location was very nice but the truck was in need of some serious repair.

Had the truck reserved for 11am got there a little after and didn't leave till almost 12pm because the guy really didn't know what he was doing and kept leaving to take care of their stores customers. So I lost out on time that I reserved it for

When I arrived, the young man I spoke to was very helpful. However, when I opened the truck door, I found peanuts from someone who had previously used the truck. I made a reservation to have a dolly and the place where I picked up the truck didn't have one. When I brought the truck back, the lady who was helping me acted strange and didn't exactly have the best customer service skills. On the positive side, I was credited back in miles and for the dolly I didn't get to use.

I am upset because I got billed for two days and the vehicle was brought back the same day I got billed twice for the insurance and again and I brought the vehicle back the same day the guy acted like it was no big deal it didn't even have to come back today is what he told me but I got it back and got billed twiceWhen I called customer service I get transferred around very unhappy this time

Truck exterior was clean, inside was not. Windows were dirty and truck smelled like someone got sick. Wipers did not work well. Moving pads were stored in exterior shed and were damp.

The guy at the counter, John, kept us waiting for a very long time as he ran back and forth between other customers. When he finally got around to giving us the keys he didn't tell us which truck was ours, just told us to unlock try the key until it unlocked one. He also wouldn't give us a copy of our contract! He didn't walk out with us to survey and record any damage to the truck, which in my experience with renting moving trucks with another company (budget) is standard. Was very displeased with the service at this location.

Truck floor was filthy. We had to sweep up dirt and glass and mop before we could use. They did not have the requested order of blankets (had none) and the did not have an appliance dolly. I believe we should be given a discount on the rental due to the fact that it was Not ready which made our moving experience take much longer than expected

Do not use this for UHaul. The gentleman helping was very friendly and helpful. However, he was the only person at the location that primarily serves as a beverage store. It took 40 minutes to get the paperwork complete because he had to serve other people. And, zero mention of fuel policy cost $30 fuel refill fee and $32 in fuel.

Truck half tank gas, oil light on, cracked windshield. Treated as if the uhaul franchise was in the way of carryout business.

inside of the trailer had damage to the bumper, securing rail. the wood was broken, and dangling inside, causing an annoying underfoot hazard during loading and unloading. check out process could have gone quicker, the teller was friendly; had to self connect the trailer (not a big deal for me, a strong guy - glad I didn't send my wife).

I booked the requested the truck for 24 hours the clerk that took my reservation at the site, accidently only booked me for 2 hours. I called to confirm the duration of time would be 24 hours with the owner of the site and was assured all would be well. Upon picking up the truck we were made to wait nearly a half hour because the clerk needed to put a beer delivery away and were then informed that due to the booking error the truck was booked for 6pm and we had less then 9 hours to return it not 24 hours. This caused a multitude of problems and extra incurred costs to me. We had the truck back by 5:30pm and couldn't get the amount due since the clerk was "too slammed" to calculate and check us out. Ridiculous.

John and his wife were incredible!!! I was unavailable to pick up trailer, john was great helping her to properly hook up and safely connect. Drop off was just as quick and safe!! Thank you so much John and Ilona! I would recommend EVERYTIME!!! Number 1 Uhaul experience.

There was one clerk on managing this convenience store that had multiple transactions going at the same time and clearly had no clue how to check in my U-Haul. He started my transaction and before completing was selling customers beer. When I asked him to finish checking me in he was annoyed and rude upon my exiting the establishment.

I was overcharged, The amount I was charged was 579.00 for a 3 hour rental. I only went 20 miles. The miles were not calculated correctly. I'm disputing this with my credit card complany. This dealer is a scammer. I didn't sign the receipt to ok my credit card complany to approve this charge.

Location was fine, however entire reservation was messed up. Was supposed to pick up at another location, when I got there, no record of reservation (even though I have email from uhal telling me to go there) Luckily, Little Eagle had a truck available, but uhaul representative had guaranteed a reduced price due to changes they had to make in pick up and that price was not received. Again, people at location were great, but whole reservation was wrong.

The trailer I rented was full of mud and oil. The previous renter presumably used it to transport ATVs. It's obvious they never checked the condition of the trailer before renting it out again. It took an hour and a half to clean. The owner did give a $20 discount for the trouble, but that really doesn't make up for the headache and lost moving time.

Staff friendly but had difficulty using computer both checking in and out. Unable to print me a receipt at checkout. Only one staff working so would only attempt to help with rental when there were no store customers. Failed to provide dolly. Truck was dirty (old coffee mug, cigarette ashes, petrified french fries/spilled fluids). No snow/ice scraper and had to let truck run for 30 min to let thick ice melt off windshield.

No specific recommendations. It seems like the process is getting more streamlined and technical which is a good change. Bar coding and scanning returned equipment to expedite the check out process may be a nice change in the future. Overall I was satisfied and will use your company again. Rates are very reasonable.

This location was fine, but where i originally reserved my Uhaul (Shoregate Sonoco in Wickliff) was a disaster. They gave my reservation away and i had to scramble to get a new truck.
