KRISTIN JU-Haul trailer rental are classified with the trailer number and by License plate number. We could not get the trailer we reserved at the location because the license plate was not given in the rental receipt so we had to go to a different U-Haul facility and rent their trailer, but we were able to return the trailer to them without issue. Owners of this gas station and U-Haul rental are relatively new to the area, but they should be better educated as to what the customer expects.

Jill WCustomer service was the worst I’ve ever seen. Employee didn’t help hook up trailer and almost let me take a trailer with the wrong size hitch. Spent over an hour dealing with a simple trailer rental. And not one apology for the poor service. I will never rent here again.
Scott SWe had to go in to complete the return paperwork. After completing the paperwork the employee told us to unhook the trailer and back into the spot. No customer service at all.

Cristian RIt took one hour to find a working combination of tow dolly and truck to hit the road. At one point the Associate suggested I take it without working trailer lights as 'the truck lights would be visible' anyway. The truck was fairly clean with used cups and waste inside. The box was not swept. I did the 75% of the labor as he was busy training a person inside the store. This Associate, working behind the counter, was very confrontational. There was no working printer for the contract. We had to rely on my (new to me) unfamiliar phone to verify the information was correct. Cell service was poor inside the store, and he was impatient. When I was returning late, I informed a kind person at the 1-800 number. They called the same return location to inform them. After disconnecting the trailer, parking the truck, I was barely entering the doors with the appliance dolly when the same associate said loudly, "You are three hours late!". I asked if he took a call from 1-800 U-Haul about my late return. He again said loudly, "You are three hours late!". I told him to calm down and treat customers kindlier. I then added I was only two hours late because the departure equipment failures. This Associate may own/supervise the gas station but is A VERY POOR REPRESENTATIVE for your brand. You are welcome to call me to verify this information.

Robert JU-Haul tried taking unauthorized thousands out of my account after I had to dispute bill and got no reply or update. I had roadside ticket at that time all fees were taken for my move, as contract stated. Because truck had electric problem and truck would not start when I went to return it, U-Haul left truck in my drive way and after numerous tries calling them for several weeks and being promised it was being taken care of by the auto repair place U-Haul hired to look at truck, they finally came and got it and then blamed me and charged thousands when I called one last time. This is a crooked company. Because they tried making a unauthorized debit of thousands, my card was blocked for fraud and now I have no access to funds since my bank is still two hours away after move. This is the most disorganized and crooked company and I will never recommend and will tell everyone everywhere the same. Needless to say I had gotten several calls in that time frame asking if I even got the truck because they don't have a working computer system and to even make a dispute or roadside ticket they say they can't help you and you have to go through the app. This is redicilous.
Katrina Nthere was a lot of bird shit on the ramp and the truck was full of those dead asian beetles, so even a sweep out ahead of time would have been nice. the fellas there were very nice though in helping us through the paperwork.
julie pIt took over 30 minutes to get the vehicle. The system used by your company to interface from my phone to take my picture and a picture of my license is full of defects. The employee indicated it is overly complex

breanda dWe originally reserved a truck with blankets at a St. Cloud, MN store and were changed to Little Falls, MN. We ordered blankets and this location offered none.
Scot SOnly problem was the unit didn't come with a lock n key for the back main door to protect all customers things to be safe n secure while using and I believe it should have been one sent with so if the individuals so at a place to use a restroom, get a bite to eat or anything the customers things wouldn't get stolen or tampered with as it had happened even though my things had been while in use of a rental! When used found a item inside can of uhaul that wasn't inside when first opened and entered into cab of the uhaul. The uhaul charge of a day n 4 hrs n under 40 miles of use without any insurance of extras cost a total of 107.95 plus gas was separate charge that was paid for as well n in the agreement sent to my email I have rights to file a claim!

Louella GTrain people how to use your system and how to attach a trailer. I got part way down the road and the trailer fell off the hitch.

Rachel EStore owner should have more knowledge to direct customers what to do,who to call in case of accident. I was just told “we charge you, if trailer not here” No mention of calling U-haul roadside! Caused me a lot of unnecessary stress. Five people looked at trailer and only saw flat tire and maybe bent rim, not $735 damage.
