Well first off the people had no idea what they were doing. And I am not exaggerating they really had no idea what they were doing. I went to pick up the truck and it took them 30 minutes to figure out how to work there a little laptop thing and when they tried to charge me almost three times what the truck should have been they couldn't explain to me why they said they have no way to know so as I was going to cancel the reservation they somehow figured out that they were able to give me a discount and instead of being three times more it was only two and a half times more but because I needed a truck I didn't have a choice I asked for one extra day they gave me two I told him I did not want the insurance and they charged me charge for 3 days and instead of giving me the mileage that I needed they only gave me 40 miles when they knew that I was going to be going a lot more than that so I will never use that U-Haul again and I will never send anybody to that you all store again you all are really ought to have somebody go and look into that. And I'm so disappointed in the way that I was treated and overcharged that I might not use you all again I'm just very disappointed I've been using U-Haul for years. I even worked at a U-Haul in Seminole for a couple years and I just I just can't get over it

Scott OGentleman there was Asian and hard to understand. Very nice but had never done it before on his system because we were having problems with the app. It took us an hour to get our truck which cost us money with our movers to load on time clock. Not happy at all with the help of the main U-Haul office. They changed our pick up location the day before to a site 15 min away! The original pick up was 2 min away!!! Very inconvenient! Terrible experience
ROBERT SImprove the application. The application gave me many issues and I had to get on the line with a representative to walk me through the normal online portion. Getting keys to the truck took a very long time and additionally If you could add instruction to the email to set things up prior.
David BI reserved truck through the app. However, when I was at location to pick-up truck I could not find reservation on my app. Through the links in the texts and emails I was unable to complete transaction. Uhaul representative JUAN came to location and helped me. He was very courteous and professional.
ROCKY FHave someone available who speaks English and doesn't respond with 'you call field manager' when pickup or return through the app/website isn't working. Field manager was awesome but the guy onsite was all but useless.
Clinton CThe key was not in the lock box it was supposed to be and I had to go back and fourth with the store and u-haul support which ate up 30 minutes of my paid time.
Hannah CI had a problem with the App.. It didn't recognize my location so i couldn't self check in to get the code. However someone dud help me after trying and calling for 1 hr

Elizabeth HThe counter guy said he would take cash after looking at my reservation he then opened up the lock box handed me the keys and proceeded to let me go and look at the truck and paid him. then they charge my card 3 days later for a amount much higher then i was quoted. I also received a cancelation of my reservation after i picked the truck up and later had emails of new contracts with wrong dates after i returned the truck.. When I called customer service at 1-800 U-Haul the ladies were very nice and got me into the direction I needed to go but that regional manager Anthony was totally rude once we spoke to him we had no resolve . I had to freeze my card for fraudulent activity because we cash to the cashier at the little Mart first. then they ran my debit card two days later. The truck hesitated 15 ft box truck stuttered as we drove down the road we needed it for a day and a half, it also had a funny smell inside the cab no AC
