When I arrived, it took 45min to get the keys. I had to speak to two uhaul representatives on the phone. Come to find out, the location representative didnt even have the keys, they were in a lock box. Uhaul corporate did an excellent job to rectify the issue. Poor communication with site representative needs to be fixed. The truck was sticky and nasty in the interior when I received the truck. Pictures were taken and posted in Uhaul app. No effort was made to clean up prior to returning due to the condition at pick up. No additional mess was made during my rental. I would recommend the fuel level stay at 1/2 instead of 1/4 so an immediate fuel stop is not the first thing that has to be done after pick up.
