The owner, Tye Taylor and I had a misunderstanding that was completely my fault. Ty was so patient, calm and understanding. He handled the situation so well and never lost his cool. I was so wrong and when I realized it and apologized, he was very understanding. Uhaul would be smart to place more trucks for rent at this location. Thank you Tye Taylor
