Wow. This is a small, unassuming rental location, but the customer service here is top notch. They went well above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Adam, the gentleman who handled my reservation, even met me on his day off to help me get the trailer hitched to my truck! If I could give ten stars I would. Please, support Little Town Auto, and utilize them for your u-haul needs. And thank you, u-haul, for making this a great experience!

I’ve rented a hand full of things from different places, by far the most easy going and helpful people I’ve ever come across. It was easy and understandable, very knowledgeable and went through everything with me. Will be my first stop for rental needs.

Location was unexpectedly closed during my original pickup time after 4pm on Friday August 10, 2018. I had to reschedule my entire moving date and time due to this. I was highly inconvenienced and truly disappointed in their services.

The return location could not seem to find my retail information in the system. I provided a paper copy that I was given at time of rental and a week later I was charged an extra day, even though I returned it the next day. I emailed back and a reply was given quickly it would be looked into, but 3 days later still no refund.
