Starr LI have went to this location since 2015. But, this visit cost me more than I planned. I was charged for an extra day, dolly rental extra day, and than charge twice. Which caused me to overdraft and pay 36.00 on top of that ...what should of been Approx 150.00 cost me over 300.00....(((((
jennifer bI reserved a 15 foot truck, but when I arrived, it had been rented out someone else, and my reservation was changed to a 10 foot truck. As a result, I wasn't able to get all my things moved at once and had to take 3 additional trips with my car. Very unhappy about this and think you should refund me. Thanks

tailiesha wI returned the key and went on my way, and then recieved a surprise $43 charge on my credit card because apparently the gas tank was 3 gallons less than when I returned it. I tried my best to get the gas tank at the same level, and it looked like the line was a fraction of a millimeter lower than where it was when I returned. I cannot believe I received an unauthorized $43 charge for that. That is a horrible business practice when I already paid over $600 to rent the equipment in the first place.
Kristina GAgain, my coplaint is not with the location but with UHaul and their website. As we got ready to take the truck for drop off, we learned that UHaul had changed our drop off location from the location on our reservation to a location in Beaumont, almost 45 minutes away. We decided to take the truck to our original drop off location in Silsbee and were prepared to fight the fee for returning the truck to a different location. We had worked with the Silsbee location a few times before, and were very pleased with the staff there.

lance wI could have paid 2 one day rentals & saved money & I think I should have been allowed to do that. What I figured would cost approximately $250 ended up costing me $497. Next time, I will rent the from Budget.
Susanne CThe use of the U-Haul was good. But the inside of the truck was very stinky. I told them that and they said that somebody left a bag of cooked crawfish in the truck. They tried to clean the truck. The online purchase was difficult and confusing. I don't think I will use the app or online again. Other than that, the truck was good and clean except for the smell.
James SThey use a 15' truck for personal use. This is the second time I've rented from here. The truck is always filthy dirty. There is always an excuse as to why the truck is dirty. This time it smelled like something died in there. I scrubbed the floor, cleaned the dash and used disinfectant as well as a whole can of Lysol. Couldn't get the smell out. VERY unpleasant experience.

KAREN B"Small-town" friendly. Very personable and helpful.. I would have enjoyed the return in person, but it was after hours, and the return via cell-phone was a little intimidating for an old codger, but we did it! Overall, well worth the expense, which was less than I expected.

Dan GNo complaints. Only suggestion would be is to maybe carry regular dollies for moving also. Not just big appliances ones. Oh....the gentleman that helped us with our truck was very nice. That's a big plus too.

LAUREN BLocation is shady looking liquor shack/smoke shop that looks like an abandoned gas station.
SETH RThe man at the rental return was absolutely rude as rude can be! Cussing and yelling at me, calling me a F-in B---- as I left the store. I reentered the store to let him know I heard him and would be reporting him. He claims he is clinically depressed and didnt have his medication. That is no excuse to be a rude idiot! Also there were 2 other customers in the store. This was my 1st day in the new town to which I just moved to, are all the people in this town stupid like this?? Wow! Never have I ever been cussed at by a worker anywhere. He was having a melt down and shoving papers and office equipment everywhere. I will not trade at that business EVER!

BYRON SI clearly explained that I was moving furniture tomorrow. He said I could take the trailer that day and bring it back the next day. I asked Eric how much it would cost. He told me $29.00 plus a refundable $80 deposit. I asked him what time I needed to bring it back the next day. He said they close at 9pm. I told him I’d bring the trailer back around 4-5pm. I understood that it was $29.00. I was charged $83 and change when I brought the trailer back. I asked why. The guy told me that I was 5 hours late. Eric clearly told me just to have it back before they close which was at 9pm. I told him I’d have it back from 4-5. Shitty business.
mark nThe biggest problem I had with U-Haul in general (this guy that I dealt with at this location was the bomb) was my reservations were either changed or cancelled multiple times. Plus the app where I V was supposed to report any noticeable damage to the truck wouldn’t work! And there was some damages on the passenger side! I better not get charged for it!
