Let’s see, you scheduled my truck for 4pm pick when I told the scheduling department I could get there till 6-6:30pm. Couldn’t pick up the truck because it was past the time. When I called to figure out what was going on, had to wait over 30-40 minutes to talk to your representative. This caused me to get caught in a terrible storm, couldn’t even load the truck same days and to top it off the truck was dirty inside. A couple of pens, some trash, dirty inside windshield, were all left for me.

Stevi CI am overall very impressed with the facilities at Lloyd Self Storage, although I am a little disappointed that the storage unit I rented is not the size that was advertised (10 x 20 x10). The actual length of the unit is 19’ 4”.
