Luis helped me when I picked the trailer up. He was very professional. He was very knowledgeable. His customer service was excellent. If he did not take the time to help me, I would not have figured out how-to rent the trailer. The process was confusing and the app is a bit buggy.

I do not recommend this place to anyone. There was no one in the office at my scheduled reservation time. They made me wait for an hour. For the other equipment I rented, they sent me to another U-Haul location. Even the employees at the other U-Haul location complained about this place and this man. I definitely do not recommend it, and I will be filing a complaint as well.
