I haven't been very happy with Uhaul as a whole in the past with other dealers- but I am very happy with LNB! Everything was just the way it should be!

Rodney AThis was a drop off location only, no staff present. This was where I was told to drop off, no choice. A closer location with actually people persent was closer to my home. I was charged extra for the extra miles it took to get it to this location.

Todd KNothing. Easy to pickup. I met the owners daughter at location to go over the rental. My questions were answered. I dropped off early through the uhaul app. I like the fact that on the app if no one's there they make you take pictures of every different angle of the truck and the interior of the truck, so then there's no discrepancy of the company coming back and saying that there was any damage to the rental vehicle because you have pictures on the app indicating how the truck was left and where it was parked. I was sent an invoice via email. It was straight forward and easy.

ROBERT AIt took over an hour to get keys. The online help said to use the office, which there was none. Then someone came with keys. The front of the vehicle was broken (screwed back together) and there was a missing seal in the door so it was loud and cold.

mary RVehicle had no power steering. The tranny was slipping. All the doors were bent and very hard to close. I did make the Vehicle work for what I needed but you guys need to take way better care of them. I will never recommend this location because of the truck conditions. I did not feel safe in this Vehicle even with a seatbelt on.

Tony WThis place and person should not be in the business, dealing with people and representing U-Haul. Her answer to every question or comment was " Then don't rent it then". I tried to go back during the signing process and take the insurance and she said too late, I can't go back. I had not signed anything, or taken the trailer. She did not mark all the trailer damage when she received it. She expected me to sign terms without knowing what they were. Find another agent and business to have your products. I was not pleased with the booking process at all. I called to reserve the trailer over 1 month ahead of time in my local town. I then called again 2 weeks ahead to confirm it would be ready and was told it would. I received a text and call 2 days prior to inform me I had to travel 10 miles out of my way to pick up the trailer at another uhaul dealer.
ron mThere needs to be somebody AT THE SITE. We had to wait for someone o come from somewhere to get us started. Tere was another woman who had been waiting for a half hour for someone to come. Her appointed time was way BEFORE we even arrived. We arrived at our assigned time but still had to WAIT!! There is never anyone around when people (possible customers) drive by or stop in to rent the equipment. There is a little sign at the entrance with a phone number to call. The place needs to be better manned.

Roy GThere was little information reviewed with us before renting. They called the day before saying they couldn’t get the truck we requested so they upgraded us to a bigger truck for the same rate but had us change locations for pick up. They said on the phone they would give us extra miles but it wasn’t even enough to get the U-Haul back to our moving location. When we dropped it off come to find out now we owe money for going over miles simply because the location pick up of the U-Haul was farther than the miles we were given. Incredibly disappointed and when I tried to call the site to have it fixed they said they couldn’t do anything about it and that we have to call the customer service hotline. What a mess and the last thing I want to deal with when moving is paying more money for something I “already paid for”. Now time to call customer service for a refund I guess.

Chad HNeeded a truck quickly on short notice on a Sunday to pick up a sectional couch, and went here because they were close to where the pickup was. The woman I spoke with on the phone was very nice. Small mom and pop shop. We were met there by a family member who took our order and payment and got us going quickly. 2 hours later, she was kind enough to meet us there to do the return and finalize everything when I had trouble with the U-haul app. Great experience, would go out of my way to rent there again. Highly recommended.

Sarah NThe owner was a great help to us. We were unable to use the APP for pick up or return. The app is a great concept but totally useless. The gentleman came on site right away when we called to report issues checking in. He helped us get on the road and was very responsive to all our needs. The truck was spotless and the rented equipment was exactly how we needed it to be. Once again, the APP is useless.
Donnette BUhaul could fix their computer software so it works faster for the owner. There is a long delay when submitting the drivers license. The owner was very pleasant and has excellent customer service. I will be recommending them to my friends and family!!!

Todd H2nd time we used this uhaul dealership. Pick up was a hot mess. Dealer has a phone number no one ever answers. When they call back cell quality is poor. On site customer service is Jon existence. Any issues, told to call cell number which does not respond. Guy tells you his wife handles everything except handing out keys. Except she doesn't answer phone ever or call back. Truck was not filled and the last time when it wasn't filled. We filled exactly to how we received it and they charged us an extra 50 bucks. We had a reservation booked in advance. They refused to give us a truck. Took 2 extra hours and 3 trips. Ridiculous.

TV CWhile the overall process was eventually very smooth, it took a long time for the checkin software to work properly. And then there was a holdup due to an outstanding MILEAGE charge on a previous rental, which we could not figure out why it hadn't been resolved previously.
