MICHAEL MThe location in Omaha, AR. Was never a problem and helped us a lot. However, the location on hwy. 65 South lied to us from the beginning. They are closest location to us, we needed a 10 ft. Truck. They told us they would have one no problem on the day we needed it. Come to find out, we were a couple of days from the move and scheduling texted and said there was no 10ft. Truck available. I called scheduling only to get rude people that told me no there was not a 10 ft. Available and that the location would never have one. Was told I would have to go to Omaha, Ar. Which was a 40 mile round trip instead of 18 miles. Butch at the Omaha location was the only nice person I got in this whole ordeal. But I'm still out the extra mileage which I think was unfair. Uhaul will never have my business again! Butch at Omaha location was so helpful and I hope the rest of the uhaul team can learn from him.

KATHERINE CThe Omaha location is in the middle of nowhere, 20 miles from where I was. There’s no one there and not even enough cell service to upload my photos. I’m still not sure anything went through. Hopefully my rental is complete.
Kristie MThis location is extremely remote. It’s in an area with NO gas stations. We had to drive additional miles to fill the tank and then we were charged for going over our original mileage agreement. I will use another company after this entire experience.
ROBERT RIt was late for when I dropped off my equipment, so there was no one there to assist with the drop off. However, the online instructions were pretty self explanatory.
