I think the way you operate to calculate fuel is not far since it is always to your advantage. Starting your calculation at half talk with some imposed calculation, which one can't verify, to return truck at mid tank. What about pick up full, return full. If i recall it is usually the way to do when renting a vehicle.
Watch out for overcharge.
Will surely use another company for my next rental.

Formulaire en Français donne des messages d'erreur comme quoi le sondage n'est pas complété. C'est pourquoi j'utilise celui en anglais
J'avais réservé 2 mois à l'avance un 20' et que 4 jours avant la location on m'avise qu'il n'est pas possible d'avoir un 20' et que je vais avoir un 15' à la place, le camion prenait l'eau et mes boîtes étaient mouillées rendu à destination.

The quote was 300$ less than the actual cost (one week before leaving, same adress). This is highway robbery. They also forgot my 50$ credit. Will not come back because I see that I am not the only one.
This is disappointing knowing the economy.

La propreté était correcte mais le volant était lousse et il fallait compenser lors des virages pour la servo-direction.
J'espère également qu'on va rectifier l'erreur de facturation car j'appelle ma compagnie de carte de crédit demain si ce n'est pas réglé.
