Charles OI ordered a utility dolly and appliance dolly and furniture pads. There was no equipment in the truck or at the location so I had to drive to a U-haul store to pick it up. Very frustrating.

JOSE DDue to a break in and keys stolen, our pick up time was delayed two hours. Unfortunately, no one notified us of the situation and the domino effect of the two hour delay was a nightmare since we had loaders/unloaders scheduled.

Joe LI tried to rent packing blankets and a dolly but neither were available at this location when I picked up the truck. The charges were taken off my bill, but it would have been nice to have them.
Charles OAs we walked in to return truck we were greeted & transaction of returning truck went super smooth. We had gas in truck as marked. All swept out & all paperwork given to employee. She was very appreciative & we had a nice chat as she was taking care of the return. Very nice experience with this nice big truck. Have always used U-Haul.
YVONE IThe UHaul app is GARBAGE. It’s a pain to pickup equipment early without someone present to help and the reservations are all messed up despite 3 phone calls and 2 chats to confirm and reconfirm what was actually needed.

Troy SI chose a different drop off location and I went to it, but then was told to drive to this location 3 miles away so I went over my mileage and was charged extra. This is annoying because I was told I could take it anywhere I wanted, but because of this, I had to pay more. And when I tried to dispute this additional charge, it wouldn’t let me move forward until I agreed to pay. And then the location did not even have me in their system. I do not think it was the particular location’s fault, but uhaul itself. So my dropoff experience was very annoying and I did not appreciate the extra charge when I went to my original location I chose.

Pamela AThe first Trailer that I got the right turn signal didn't work. The second trailer everything worked. This location is a small area, and if you are not that great with backing a trailer or turning around this place has very limited space.

Vernon MI paid for a dolly and there was no dolly in the Uhaul when we picked it up. This was very inconvenient to us, we depended on having that dolly to move our appliances up to the 3rd story. Since the dolly was not in the Uhaul, we had to rush and try to find one somewhere, while trying to move our appliances within the time frame that I rented the Uhaul. Although this doesn't sound like a major inconvenience on paper, it was extremely inconvenient to us and could have completely been avoided.
Stephanie NThe distance of 170 miles allocated to get from SA to corpus is not feasible. It was 173 miles just to get from our house to corpus, but there were additional miles to just pick up the uhaul. We were screwed to begin with. Pick another company that won’t nickel and dime you.

Micheal TThe location was great, the lady was very kind but we changed the drop off location and the fuel in the receipt was incorrect. It said the truck had 1/4 tank but it was actually 15 miles to empty. The lady changed them but apparently it didn’t process. When I dropped the truck off I went to the wrong location because it apparently never got changed so I had to drive across town to another location. Doing the after hours drop off, I returned the truck with 30 miles to empty (more than I received) then was charged $30 because it was never corrected in the first place.
Zach TThe right side large mirror was cracked in many pieces were lucky it had the smaller mirror we use. It was a scarry ride After we got almost to our destination the check engine lite came on. I think they need to keep better maintenance on trucks if they are going to rent them. We did report this to the truck drop off Place. Some one needs ro go and follow up on these business to make sure the trucks are being serviced and repaired.

Peter RI was charged for a dolly, but no dolly was in the truck when I picked it up. But, I was never notified there would be no dolly. So, we had to call 3 other locations to find a dolly and make an additional trip so we could start our move. I would like a refund for the dolly charge
