I reserved my U-Haul 2 weeks before I needed it, when I arrived at my pick up location I had to stand in line for 25 minutes just to be told that my U-Haul was not there and was at another location. I had to drive to another location to grab it but when I arrived no one was there, I called the number provided in a text to me and was told that no one was in because they didn’t have any reservations, I had to wait for 30-45 mins for someone to show up before I could even get my U-Haul.

Kevin was extremely friendly when I got there. He made sure the trailer was the right one and that the hook up was done properly with working lights. Would definitely deal with Kevin in the future

The person at Lockhart Oilfield Services was lovely to come in to get us our rental, although it was disappointing that our original rental location allowed us to book & then was closed without explanation. There were also inadequate supplies at this rental location, but the staff member allowed us to use supplies from Lockhart Oilfield Services in lieu (which was very kind).

The rates are way higher than when I rented just a few months ago. When I spoke with customer service they could not explain way nor offered any solution.

I was called four separate times the day after dropping the truck off, continually being harassed by uhaul representatives (Not the owner of Lockhart Oilfield Services, he was fantastic to deal with) telling me that my payment was rejected, although I have a payment showing on my bank statement and that the truck was not dropped off, when I have a video proving exactly when and where I dropped it off, 5 hours earlier than required. I was also told I would be sent to collections if I didn't go to the store (1 hour round trip) to clear up payment (that had already been taken, of which I offered proof). Until I get my money back for the time I had to take out of my college classes today to answer these redundant, purposeless calls, I will never use U-Haul again. Once again, the owner of Lockhart Oilfield Services who owns the building of which I rented the vehicle from, was absolutely fantastic and super kind/easy to deal with. Asides from him being great to deal with, this experience was not just "poor", it was atrocious. I will assure that everybody I know is made aware to avoid U-Haul at all costs, and I will enlighten them on exactly why that is, based on my trash experience. Maybe if I get my money back I'll change my mind. Until then, I'll never give U-Haul another cent of mine.

There company and location was new. Lady had no clue and had no money on hand. With Brooks debit machine not working I was out my deposit $60.
