Farhan TI reserved my U-Haul 2 weeks before I needed it, when I arrived at my pick up location I had to stand in line for 25 minutes just to be told that my U-Haul was not there and was at another location. I had to drive to another location to grab it but when I arrived no one was there, I called the number provided in a text to me and was told that no one was in because they didn’t have any reservations, I had to wait for 30-45 mins for someone to show up before I could even get my U-Haul.
