The truck I rented out really needs some serious engine work. Overall, the facility and location was beyond PERFECT! The staff was very courteous and extremely helpful. I usually don’t ever have any problems with anything I rent out from any of the facilities. This particular truck needs work. Other than that, absolutely perfect!

ELIKA KThe U-Haul gas gauge was broken. It showed 1/4 tank. And it was full as I went to get gas and it overflowed onto my shoes. I immediately brought it back and the person at location said that unit always has issues. He knew there was problems and yet still rented it to me. I am disappointed in U-Haul and this location.
