She explained to me everything very clearly I will definitely recommend anyone to go to this location The man from the Mershon location in Mission was so incredibly rude that is hard to believe. I went to that location to see in person the vehicles and his reply was: “ there is nobody there to show you anything. Look at what you want and tell me. I AM BUSY WITH CUSTOMERS “ . I decided NOT to do business with him. He is rude But the 31510 Gill Avenue, Mission BC location is FANTASTIC and I will recommend it to anybody anytime

DARREN DThis location doesnot have adequate network coverage. Hence it is difficult every time to do mobile pickup and neither return in time as it takes more than 20 minutes for each above. Hence I lose armrests 30-40 minutes in just going the process of pickup or return. Also I hav never got any of the additional accessories I booked online e.g. furniture pads, correct dolly (appliance)., etc making it difficult to work.
