The customer service representatives Are stellar. They were patient with me. As I encountered some difficulties With my phone dying.\n While I was in the U-Haul app\n And the service rep that was on the phone with me was being very patient. And I'm sorry to say my phone hung up. But I did manage to submit all the photos with the phone dying and received my bill indicating. I did get everything sent through in time so I apologize to the customer service rep who is helping me at 11:45. I'm sorry.The phone hung up.The app Was difficult to start\n And once I was up and running, it was very straightforward, the same one I picked up the truck, I watched the video about taking a selfie and doing the Driver's license for the share pickup. But I did not have a prompt for a selfie.\n If I did, I did not notice\n Again, stellar service through you, haul again, very patient. And understanding and very helpful, 5 stars to all the people that dealt with me. I really appreciate it. The key drop off box at the spall storage location Is questionable, It doesn't seem like a safe place to drop off the key in that green box.\n It would be too easy for someone to stick a coat hanger in there or something of that nature and try to get the keys out. Me personally , I don't like that kind of box. And one more time, stellar service from all the service representatives
