I was transferred to Lone Rock location and AJ was fantastic and very helpful. My problem lies with U-Haul and the reservation i had was for Baraboo WI I live in Houston TX area and drove to Baraboo WI to purchase a Motorhome that was there. So, imagine being in the town that you bought the vehicle in and made the reservation for the dolly in to only find out the one they have there they would not rent me for my one-way trip back to Texas, I had to a drive 50 mile southwest out of my way and have someone drive the car that I needed the dolly for. Imagine if my son did not ride with me, I would have been stuck with two vehicles to drive and no way to get to the next location. U-Haul really needs to work on this reservation issue. Eddie T.
