No alquilar nuevamente el transporte que ya está rentado. El sitio ubicado en 657 S ATLANTIC BL, LOS ANGELES, CA 90022 no tenía disponible el transporte que yo renté con días de antelación. Tuve que retirarme, y esperar una llamada donde me dieron una nueva dirección para recoger otro transporte.

The car was not available. Poor customer service. Waited one hour (!) to get a new car. Paid $10 to get to the other location. Bad.

The pick up was not fast or efficient. The U-Haul system for check in was slow, had system issues, and the location only had 2 trucks.

Crowding with other rentals made taking pictures difficult but overall very simple and intuitive

At 3:40 PM while I had not picked up the equipment yet and I was planning to do so around 5:30 PM, they sent me a receipt showing 3:11PM as pick up which meant also my drop off time. I told them that was incorrect and needed to reflect my actual pick up time. The guy kept telling me "it's OK, it's OK" and wasn't giving me the correct receipt. He eventually did it when he realized I wouldn't be taking the vehicle without the correct receipt. Secondly, the receipt was showing the tank was 3/4 full, when I asked him to give me the truck with full tank so I could return it in full tank, even though that location was a gas station he refused to do it and he said if I fill up the tank UHaul will not reimburse me and I have to pay out of my own pocket. So he gave me the truck with a receipt showing 3/4 while the actual gas was less than 3/4. Consequently, when I was returning the truck, I had difficulty to put gas exactly at 3/4 mark, and I ended up returning the truck at 7/8 of the tank. How is this OK that if I had returned the truck with less gas, I had to pay $6/gallon to make up form it, but when I returned it with more gas, the cost of extra gas has to come out of my pocket?

Perhaps instructions and what hour to pick up the vehicle. I picked it at the hour I reserved it but when i checked in to pick up my truck it said to pick it up at 8pm when I reserved it at 9 I wasn’t aware of that so I missed the pick up time but luckily customer service helped and postponed the time for me she was very kind and gave me instructions how to retrieve the keys etc

There was no drop box for keys. People did not seen to know what to do when truck was returned.
