Everything was great!
My drop off was after hours using the U-Haul app and it was at night. The location was very hard to find in the dark as there were no street signs, no street lighting, and no lighting of the business sign by the road. I missed it twice. In fact, the only way I knew I was in the right location was the U-Haul app GPS locator. The lot was very dark except one light by where I parked the truck. This drop off location would be good during the daylight but at night it is very poor.

Don't bother them to do online pick up.i told 1 800-Uhaul I made the reservation for in person pick up, and location had me down for online pick up.Uhaul went behind my back and did that, not the location .

Truck smelled like smoke, inside was disgusting, steering wheel was sticky. I'd like a refund
Pick up and drop off locations were great.. friendly service and quick... the truck however had issues with losing power. Voltage to be specific. Half way through the trip to State College, Pa from Palmyra, Pa the truck lost voltage which resulted in loss of power. There was enough voltage that the truck still ran and was drivable but made for a longer trip and the use of more gas as I had a few mountains to traverse with it. If it wouldn't have been for that everything would have been great.
Rented for a business delivery. i still don't understand why i cant get in and out faster. My info is in the computer. there is no reason i shouldn't be able to show a license and current credit card and be on my way. Its like every time i visit its the 1st time. Not a Longs Nursery problem.
Rental was perfect as always! I don't go anywhere else, and always recommend your location.
The fuel gage indicated full at pickup. I drove the truck 8 miles. I put 4 gallons of gas in the truck. Truck was not topped off before I drove it.
The location is a nurseriey and could use better signing.
The mobile process is a bit convoluted. It would be helpful to tell people upfront all the steps they have to go through before actually driving away with a trunk.

The van was very clean and in great condition. Long's was very helpful when I needed to secure a van on short notice.
Service was excellent.
I used the on-line check in service specifically because of the current social distancing requirements, when I completed the check in I received a response that said I was successful. However when I went to pick up the trailer I still had to go into the office, give my driver's license over to be photo copied again, etc. There was absolutely no benefit to the on-line check in service for me personally or to mitigate any potential virus exposure between us. Everything else was excellent.

Less than shining personalities of the employees and an empty fuel tank that lead to a bunch of other confusion.
Returned the vehicle with less than a full tank of gas as instructed. Put vehicle key in drop box around 4:30 PM same day.
Service was fast with no waiting around, and everything went smooth.
