PIO RI would not ever get a rental from U Haul, they do not do what they said they would do . My 20 ft trouck was not available when I went to pick up so I had to run to Palmyre to get a small 15 ft. truck. I was told I would get a $50 dollar credit for the inconvience which I never got.
LESLIE LAttendant was curt and did not provide complete information. He gave me a different vehicle than was on my paperwork. I just felt like he wasn’t interested if I understood everything or not. He made me feel like I was a bother

Joseph CThe employee at the pick up location was very helpful and made sure we had all the information we needed. I would suggest a bigger / more noticeable sign on the road so finding the place is easier: there are many businesses in that tight area, we did not see the U Haul sign until we turned around on Rt 422. The office was open at 9:00 am but our pick up time was 10:30 am. We could have used the extra hour and a half if we could have picked it up at 9:00 am. It's all good and we made it work.

BRUCE WI was never informed about returning the truck using the drop box. I used the QR code but the website said unavailable. The Uhaul App was not functioning properly. I tried to enter pictures several times during return process & it kicked me out. Also I never got to hit submit when pictures finally taken but according to my credit card it went through. App needs improvements! Frustrating experience!!!!

Destiny BI could not use trailer and returned after a few hours and still charged for 6 days, trailer is 6 X12 but the gate is only 4'6" so I could not load my Polaris

Erik EApparently there is no one routinely manning the facility during regular business hours. The sign at the counter reads "Call Dave for service". I did so at pick-up time and waited approx. 30 minutes for Dave to show. He did not respond to my voice mail messages nor my text message while I was waiting to pick up the rental vehicle. I think most customers (and me) would expect someone to be present and responsive to customers when they arrive at a business during normal business hours.

Tanya SWe were accused of thief and threaten to have authorities called on us by Corporate office even though the truck was returned.
Wendy SWhen I made my reservation for 8:30 it said the office was open at 8. I arrived to find that the office wasn't opening to 9 and I had to do a self service check in. The self service check in did not work, despite multiple attempts and calls to uhaul customer service. The employee did not arrive to the store until 9:15. I was ultimately put an hour behind and late for my appointment. The truck cab was dirty with dried mud on the floors.

The person who helped us was very informative and made sure everything was set up properly before we took off. Drop off was very easy too, will definitely be recommending this service to friends and family!
