While the staff at this location was very friendly, the check-in procedure was beyond frustrating and convoluted. I checked in early online. When I got to the counter, I had to check in again. The employee informed me the vehicle walk around is performed in the app. So I was forced to download the app, create an account, and go through the entire check-in process for a third time. This entire process took way too long and wasted my time. The employee should be documenting the condition of the truck in the fuel level. If I have to check your vehicle for damage and fuel level, a big discount is needed. I am not an employee. This is not my job. I should not have to re-input information three times to get a freaking truck for the day.
MATTHEW GWould recommend going to the main uhaul in town. This location is small. I passed it the first time and had to circle the block.
DANIEL CNot charging double. Turned equipment in that night and for whatever reason got charged $107 instead of just the $58. This is after I spent over an hour waiting to get trailer type switched from auto hauler to toy hauler that day. Business was closed so I don’t know what I was supposed to do about the turn in and notifying that it got turned in
