I only picked up the 5 x 8 trailer from here, they didn’t take the time to properly equip the trailer to the U-Haul, and when we got further down along the road, the trailer was swerving and bouncing due to not being connected to the hitch properlyand almost caused a serious accident if it wasn’t for the chains that were holding it. Horrible customer service scary

ALBERT GWhen I went to drop off all the truck the two trucks and the vehicle pull behind they acted like I was wasting their time aggressive the guy locked the door kept on locking the door said someone else is doing it in the back and the guy wanted to let me know that he owns the whole property and they acted like very rude to me until I took my sister up there which is ridiculous I don't do Prejudice I don't like it and I have a mixed family I'm white my sister is Puerto Rican what skin color should it matter but his attitude changed because my sister's skin color but the guy in front yeah he opened the door and locked it real fast it was weird I couldn't even like tell me go take pictures I started running back to take pictures and a dog is on a chain the dog's going after me and he said don't come back I can't believe I've never seen any anything like this I don't know what to say I am like beside myself California is gouging me and down here they don't want anything I don't know what to say I'm very disappointed
Stephanie SWas met by one individual that told me to do a self check in/return online and he was going to leave it at that. I explained to him that I didn't know how it all is done or went so he stated he would do the equipment rental return. He also stated that we would receive an email but we are still waiting on said email.

Josh PDO NOT inflate the price due to the demand in a location due to corporate guidance. That is not fair to the customer . Also had to move equipment around at location to get appropriate car dolly.

ALBERT LMy reservation location pick up was moved and although the changed location was great, none of the reservation information was moved to include my drop off location.

HECTOR RThe rep did not join us to inspect vehicle or no place to document any damage to the vehicle. The computer would not check us in and I had to download the app to do so which was not well self directed. I was unable to use a combined method of payment on the app. The furniture dolly was not available and I was met w inconvenience to retrieve it someplace else. The pickup process took over an hour and a half.
Michele SThe location was great. The U-Haul app has some improvements that could help. Particularly when taking the photos, it appears that having so many of them upload at one time is a problem. What should have taken only a few minutes took forever and I ended up having the text photos to the location manager instead of using the app because it was taking so long.

Victor JThe company was nice and the employees were helpful. The truck itself was not clean. It was full of dog hair and had an empty gas tank. I do not feel that U-Haul adequately compensated me for the fuel that I left in the vehicle. Over a half tank is more than $16.

Connor KNotify customers that you charge double the amount of the rental as a hold on your bank for up to 3 days.

Renee HPlease inform customer that changing location may add an additional day. Yes, I did receive a copy of my paper work [credit given], it was in part my fault I did not stop to read the charges. I would not have changed the location for a charge of an extra day as I was headed to that location from the pick up location abs did not need an extra day. Otherwise the pick up location was an A+++

Ernesto HReturned my trailer to warrior detail and all I can say is WOW , I was supposed to return to a different location that refused me at drop off . When I called to confirm the location the staff was very welcoming and extremely accommodating well done folks WELL DONE !
