The person responsible for handling rentals did not seem interested in doing rental-related tasks. He also seemed to be unfamiliar (and apathetic) with the workflow associated with renting vehicles. He was easily distracted by duties related to the primary business which is furniture sales. He's not a bad person, I don't think he's the right person for that role.
