CARLOS CWe chose the mobile pick up and we were having issues with the app. It was very, very slow and clunky. Fortunately, the Uhaul manager drove by to check up on us and helped us to check in. I appreciate his attention to this rental.

Laythan AThe U-Haul on Leapmont which very courteous stayed late for me fixed my paperwork and made this an all-time great rental. I will rent for them always because the man was very very polite very courteous and patient. I suggest you use them for renting your U-Haul needs.
DEBORAH FThe truck was not delivered in the clean state that it was expected to be returned. The location was not open on drop off day despite listed business hours. The rep I dealt with on pick up was less than enthusiastic and did not go over any details of the process, and this caused a misunderstanding during drop off in which I did not capture details of mileage or fuel tank level. Highly recommend this location be removed from Uhaul franchises.

Linda HWas given a remote pickup, for which I was not informed. Then when given the lock combo over the phone, the lock did not open. I had to wait for someone to come open it for me. From the point of arriving to pick up truck, it took over an hour to drive off. Also, the truck that I paid 1600$ for had no air conditioning which was great for my ride through the desert! Not sure I want to use you again.

CARLOS CMake sure that the truck windshield is clean and the truck itself and doesn't smell. We had to go to the closes gas station to clean the windshield as soon as we left from picking it up.

Elizabeth Bmy online experience was very difficult to manuver. The customer service at the onset of my first reservation went well. Long's customer service is from 1-10 was and is a zero. My credit card was held for more than a day after I returned the truck. I have been over charged as well. I still cannot get anyone to answer me as to what I was actually charged and it is Tuesday. I moved on Friday. I rented a dolly it was not in the truck. I still have been charged for the dolly. Long's auto rentals phone number is out of service therefore cannot be contacted. I am very very dissapointed with my experience with Uhaul.

Priscilla MThe 24/7 online service was horrible. The mileage was incorrect on the system generated numbers, and I did not receive a dolly although requested. I had to make a number of calls to get this corrected. It took more time than it would have had I walked into the store. I was sorely disappointed at the number of times I had to contact U-haul as well as getting the entire process.

The location is just beside my apartment building, it's really convenient if you are living in El Cordova Fountain Apts. The trucks just park on Dolven Pl. or Campaign Dr., where we residents park our cars. Best Location and Manager ever!!!
Lei CIf there was a way to put a 0 star I would. I have a reservation, Uber there and they decided to go home 5 hours early. Then Uber to the next closest and they have 15 vehicles on the lot but can’t rent them (SMH) so they then remotely rent me the first one, and take me back. I then go back the next day to drop it off in the AM and surprise, surprise their not there. Next time I’ll make sure to reserve one near a competitor so I know I won’t have to deal with this again.

DAWN RWe had a reservation at another location and ended up at this one when the other one didn't work out because it was closed!! The gentleman at the desk was helpful and was able to provide us with the uhaul we needed at that moment. Very helpful.
