I picked u haul from here and they showed rental charges 19:95 but the man charged me 39:95 rental charge and I returned u haul within 4 hours but I booked for 6 hours and I received my bill online and he didn’t gave me bill At the time of dropping vehicle and I have the proofs with pictures.

Your site mentioned the timings of the location starting at 8am but it was not open until 9am and we just wasted our complete one hour standing and waiting. This was so unprofessional. We chose that location only because it was open from 8 am. Very disappointed
