The previous renter left an old blanket, a rusty dog kennel, an old wooden drawer and several other throw away items in the truck's storage bay -- it was dirty and needed to be swept & cleaned. The truck only had a 1/4 of a tank of gas. The cabin area was dirty and had several smoked cigarettes left behind -- smelled bad. Other than that, the truck drove well, the owner was nice and helpful and we were able to move our household items successfully into storage.

Making sure every location has at least a minimum of all uhaul products. I checked multiple locations and none had a appliances dolly to rent. One had a regular little dolly but none for large appliances with a retainer strap which is what I was moving. That said this location was nice and clean and owner really nice
