eric mWould recommend you do not only use the Computer to do a booking but you have someone to whom you can talk to. It was so difficult for me who was 83 yrs. of age I had to turn to a neighbor who was 22yrs younger trusting her with my personal information such as my Credit Card information because I could not use CASH OR WAS ABLE TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE IN PERSON.

Winsome MMy U-haul truck was not at the location that U-haul indicated as shown below: Pick Up Location: Makabayan Cargo Logistics Corporation 4310 52nd St Woodside, NY 11377 It was at another location in this review, but I was never notified. This resulted in me waiting on the phone for customer service for almost 2 hours and then I needed to get a $50 uber just to get to the location listed here as the pick-up. Overall this experience was horrible, and I haven't received any credit that was promised if the U-haul was not in the location that was disclosed to me.

MALCOLM PThe location was convenient but I feel that I was overcharged for mileage. Unfortunately i did not record the miles upon return but im quite sure it was atleast 10 miles less than what i was charged! How a 19.99 rental used for in-town travel resulted in $105. Is not reasonable

PABLO TPlease spend some time and effort to build your credibility and stick to what you promise. This was one of my worst Uhaul experience and I will think twice before signing up for it
NIKHIL SI chose to rent because the pickup location was close to the JFK airport. When I arrived to JFK my pickup location had changed. New location was far away. When I contacted U-Haul support they hang up on me. Terrible
