System was broken to pick up my car. Took a very long time. Then car was jammed in a very difficult spot to get out. Floor of truck was dirty in the back where items that need to be moved would be put. And a flap of insulation was coming off front window - made cabin extremely loud. Vehicle didn’t seem well Maintained.

Deliver the vehicle with more than an empty fuel tank. It had less than 20 miles of gas (0% tank).
Jan EBeware!!!!!!! Make sure to get your receipt before you leave, I was over charged due to the staff being short handed I was told to pull the truck up and to leave the key the vehicle wasn't checked in until the next day and I was charged an extra day fee
