Everything I want for storing my stuff: location, 24 hr access, manager there if you ever need them. Also secure and the pricing is very fair. So handy and resonably priced, get a second unit for the stuff you don't need your spouse to be bothered with / aware of.

Thank you both for such a great rental space. You were very accommodating during a stressful moving experience. This helped us transition from closing down one home, and moving into another. Convenient location if you have a boat stored here and launch at Louisville Point Park. Easy entry and exit of storage area thanks to a wide area between rows of stored vehicles, campers, and boats and wide turn in/out drive to main road. Also nice is that this is on a long, straight, level section of the main road, so visibility of oncoming vehicles in both directions is excellent. Wash bays (tokens for purchase) allow easy manual (wand) wash of vehicles.

I have been a customer of them and had the same spot for at least four years. I park my boat there. We’ve been using the boat for the past few weeks. (Like usual) When I drove by yesterday, they had given my spot away. They tried to stick me down in a hole where I couldn’t keep an eye on the boat. It is extremely poor business and I’ll tell everyone about it. I’m starting with social media now!

The owners were very friendly and accommodating, showing me multiple units to make sure I had a good idea on how much room I would require. The grounds were well kept, lit, and monitored. The units were spotless, well cleaned after any previous renters. I would definitely recommend Louisville Wash And Lock, as well as use them again myself in the future.

We rented a climate controlled unit for 2 years when moving to Tennessee. We recently removed everything because our new home was finished. So far on unpacking, nothing was damaged by being in the heat/cold.

Safe, clean and convenient boat storage location. Have recommended to friends already who now use location. Only left due to sale of boat but wouldn’t hesitate at all to use again should we ever replace or need anything they have to offer. Was money well spent for the peace of mind.

Great clean facility. Nice to be able to park and unload next to unit. No putting our things on cart and rolling across parking lot to get to unit. Just unload at the door. Owners were great and helpful.
