Excellent customer service from the pick up location.
DEBRA MMake sure the process goes smooth. Spent 45 minutes at location for pick up because: computers crashed, rate was wrong in computer, couldn’t find reservation, couldn’t find keys to truck, couldn’t find combination for the lock on the truck.

christine jI think the stating Gas and mileage were not accurate and I was over charged. he contract was sent to my phone which I did not have with me at the time of rental so I couldn't verify what was on the form. But I took pictures shortly after taking possession of the truck and it doesn't match up with what the contract says.

Shawntrea RThe inside of the truck was so filthy that I had to sit on a plastic bag, use gloves to drive, the air conditioner barely worked, and I had to wait 30 minutes for a worker to return the truck.
Ladiamond BDouble charged truck with no instructions to return truck the same day I have never been charged this particular fee for a truck for a guest amount I returned the truck by 8:15 -8:30 and it wasn’t clear a link to return it I called when I realized I am going to be double charged to the location and Amelia told me she couldn’t do anything about it she has terrible customer service rude and should find another position I won’t be ever shopping here again and we’ll give a review no stars Amelia is obnoxious and rude and disrespectful and doesn’t know how resolve customer complaints efficiently instead trying to ask her supervisor to help she didn’t even want to listen I had to ask her so sense there’s nothing you can do do you even want to hear me out! I lost my dad yesterday and this is by far the worst customer service and know resolution I’ve ever received and I have to pay for it wow I’m devestated!

Marguerite BThe folks there were very attentive. However, the computers and internet connectivity were not good. All u-Haul locations were having telephone issues on Friday (April 8th and Saturday April 9th) at all locations that i attempted to reach.

Raeha HThe only complaint that I have is while using the website, I ran into issues with my driver's license. My license was issued in Arkansas, and although I have taken multiple clear photos, the system would not validate. I still had to physically go into the store, which would not be a problem if this were not a pandemic. I try to limit my exposure as much as possible since I am high risk.
Lerita CThere was no furniture dolly in the truck. Therefore, I should be refunded my $7. In addition, the lady at the front desk was rude and impatient. We asked her to assist only because the system instructed us to do so and she responded with “you selected mobile pick up so you need to figure out how to do it yourself. That’s what mobile pick up is.”
