Glad the drop off had easy access

Jeanne BLucedale Location was great no issues! Below average is due to Issues including over charge on the returning in DE they changed my drop off to another location found out after arriving at the drop off I requested after I requested 1 extra day the agent from drop off state agreed to 1 extra day return by 3pm I’ve been charged 2 two instead of one instead of uhual customer service refunding the 2 day it was keep they want to blame myself instead of the agent that confirmed the return and time apparently she made a mistake but unfortunately that’s not my responsibility she should be responsible for her mess ups.

Traci SThis review depends on the individual as no person came outside to to assist, I couldn't be missed with a 2500 diesel parked at the front door to the business, so I simply chose a spot and parked the trailer and did the App thing. So if its personal contact you want then good luck but I actually preferred to be left alone to do my thing so great!!!

buddy jRented just to move my child into a dorm. This is going to be straight to the point. The truck was dirty and smelt like wet dog. Needs tune-up. The right mirror would not adjust. Tires needed rotating, balance, and front-end alignment. Required a tremendous amount of gasoline. Spent over $250 in gas for a total of 300 miles round trip (made sure to drive 60-65 mph). Super expensive. Was charged per day, mileage, gas, plus all little extra fees that were added. Very disappointed. Would not recommend it.

Kimberly WDon't rent equipment that won't preform the job. I rented a car hauler to move a truck,u -haul said the trailor would haul the truck. The truck was 2 feet longer than the trailor. I brought the trailor back and was told no refund. I ask 3 times about the truck fitting on the trailor U-hual said it would. I feel I was lied too.
Henry BMake sure any vehicles that are being rented out are safe to drive. Check tires, tighten lug nuts, etc.
