Yvette CI showed up at 7 AM for two days in a row for my truck, 26 foot, pick up and the store was closed. Although it said open & hours of 10 to 6 pm, I was there untilive minutes before 12 pm, noon, and the store was still closed without lights. I needed Uhaul Help online. I called three times. They wanted the store to help check in the truck. A man at Uhaul online changed my time. My movers didn’t show until 11:45 and Marijuana smelled horribly & car. They wouldn’t be available to start the job until 12 PM to load the truck and I almost canceled but no one from Moving Help was answering the phone so I decided to go ahead with this job & not cancel my move a 2nd day in a row, this move would not begin until 12pm. They loaded 6 hours until 6 PM and then two hours to unload 8pm -10 pm with a yelling psycho girlfriend Anastasia. I had paid for 8 hours of moving help from FIT TO MOVE. The business owner JEFF brought a guy plus his psycho belligerent girlfriend & they would not leave my home unless I paid them an additional $130 for 2 -1/2 hours, $325.00 plus the job code for 8 hours.

Corey ANo issue with this location - except for its location. I reserved this truck AND a trailer for pickup near my house - 55-miles from this location! The trailer was not available here, so I had to drive over 70-miles to get that and then another 25 miles back to my house. Was planning to start loading at 1000 - finally got to start at 1400. Total failure of the reservation process.

dan tThis does not reflect on Lucias but on the overall Uhaul experience. I was told there was a trailer at Harrington, DE. Uhaul called back and informed me a trailer was only available in Fruitland, MD but that I could return it in Harrington. I was not able to return it in Harrington but had to make another trip to Fruitland. Plus, I returned a day early and no bill adjustment was made. It will be the LAST time I will rent from Uhaul.

Leon PThe lady in charge seemed not to care that I had not been informed of a change in the pickup site. I had to drive many, many miles away to pick up the trailer. She was nice on the phone but..........
victor cThe pick up location does not open until 10 and we wanted the truck at 8:30, so at the time we made the online reservation we were notified that we could use our phone to pick up the truck. We were checked in and had paid for the rental on line two days before the pick up. On the morning of the pick up we accessed U Haul web site repeatedly and were repeatedly notified that we had to wait until the store opened. We called U Haul Customer service and we were on hold for twenty minutes. When someone answered the phone we explained the problem and were told we would be connected with the 24/7 folks. We were put on hold again and after several minutes we gave up. We went to the pick up location at 10 and explained the problem. He went on line but said his internet connection was slow. After about five minutes he said we owed the rental charge. We told him we had already paid (in fact our credit card had already been debited). Eventually he called the store owner on the phone and she and he completed the on line process for tuck pick up, We finally got the truck at 10:30, two hours after we were supposed to get the truck. This is the second time we have had major problems with U Haul truck pick up, albeit the prior problem was a different location. We won't use U Haul again.
