The location was very questionable in that the store sold bongs, pipes, and other drug paraphernalia. I definitely wouldn’t want my wife or kids in the store. The attendant did not speak English and had to use a translator app. The attendant also asked if I would like to buy “other” things which I just told him I only wanted my U-Haul. I will never go back there i can guarantee that as illegal activity was definitely the norm there.

Do not allow this location to be a dealer for Uhaul. Trailer was laying in a grass field even though they have an overflow parking lot for their trailers. The trailer itself has a roof patch, a front hole patch, passenger running lights that is non operational and a brake light that when not pushed into its place on the trailer operates the break light. But if you actually mount the light the running light functions but the break light does not. After it took nearly 3 hours to get roadside to come look at it it was discovered to have a wiring harness melted and fused as well as a host of chewed wiring in 2 locations and also a hot wire that even zapped the mechanic during his inspection. Other issues continued when customer service would state things would be notated. And then when the next person would look there were no notes. Etc etc etc. this was a rental from hell.

Uhaul is a side business for them but I still received prompt attention and service.

Make sure your trucks don't shake when driving them. And stop trying to keep charging my card for more money.
