I reserved the UHaul with a dolly and half a dozen moving blankets. Neither was available at this location. I was still charged for them after speaking with the manager about not having those accommodations for my move. I was then charged for an additional dolly. After speaking with UHaul about this, I have not heard from the manager of this location. I’m still waiting for a response or my credit. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
