Charged me 32 for a few gallons of gas. Requested Tom and Bev in Indiana pushed me to this location. UHaul is getting worse by the day….
Jason MI was charged $10 for over mileage, which it was off to begin with, and I turned it in with about $60 more worth of fuel. What the heck uhaul?
Eric TPoor hours for pick up. No one in the shop when we went to get the truck. Had to stop at another U-Haul location & have them call the regional manager to get a cell number for the owner at the place we were supposed to pick up the truck. Without him we would probably not been able to get the truck.
Mike CEven though we arrived during business hours there was no one there. I tried calling the number on the door and no answer or return call even though I left several messages. I also tried the number on my rental agreement and same thing. Finally, I contacted U-Haul and was walked through how to do my return online and dropped the trailer off. It is now almost 24 hours later and I still no return call or confirmation that they received the trailer.
Robert PMake the entrance paved maybe. It's kind of a rough ride in especially when you're hauling something.
