Employee was friendly, but he was late and unprofessional. Place was a dump. I would never rent from this location again.
brent sThe location was weed-infested and all the doors were locked and no one was on duty (despite being told they were open for several more hours). I called and was told to download the U-haul app and watch a video on self-return, which I did successfully.
Sallie MThe facility was closed before 5pm on the day (Saturday) of the return. In my opinion, a business should be open when they say they will be open.
