It is the only location within 15 miles, so we have no choice but to use them. We went to drop the trailer on Saturday at 3pm. We had to chase with a call to ensure the return was logged on Tuesday as the rental had not been closed.

We dropped off the equipment after hours. Parking for the vehicle was scarce. Although we left the equipment clean, we left an empty coffee cup in the cab and were charged a $20 "cleaning fee". Not exactly the way to get repeat business.

We dropped the original UHAUL at Lukes in Tupper Lake after business hours on Saturday. No issues with the transaction despite no one being around. The key and reservation slip were easy to locate.

I have moved many times and every time I rented a uhual and I have only ran into a few small problems over a 20 year span, but no matter what, they helped me no matter what. Would recommend, highly!!

There were several service issues with the vehicle. At least one of them (air bag service light) should have prevented it from being rentable. The "Service Air Bag" light was on. The air conditioner would not blow air through the dashboard vents even though the fan was running at full speed. The radio did not work.
The dealer was very nice but said that it was u-haul's problem and all that he could do was report the issues. All in all very disappointing for a vehicle with only 1,700 miles on it.
