This location needs training. Rented here twice and both times it was a disaster. I expected to pick up equipment at 7am, completing mobile check in, and it still took an hour to get the equipment, cutting into the hourly time I paid to have the equipment and throwing my schedule completely off. In addition, the rental was not clean and was full of prior damage so I documented the damage prior to driving it, to make sure I wasn’t blamed for the poor condition of the vehicle. A total, and complete, shit show. I had the vehicle for 4 hours, was charged for 10, plus mileage. What a total rip off, when the store didn’t know what they were doing so an hour of my time was with them.
