There was a lady attendant. She was amazing but the store owner seemed a little shady, I never got a contract. He told the employee to go ahead and give me the keys. When I returned the truck I went a total of 23 mi. They tried to charge me $72 for gas, charged me $15 for insurance that I didn't ask for but he says I did but because I didn't get a contract I can't dispute it
Carolyn DEverything was great except for the mirrors on the truck. The driver side mirror wouldn't stay in the proper position and would move while the vehicle was driving. The passenger side mirror was stuck in place and was unable to be moved into the proper position. This made navigating very tough. Luckily I was only moving locally, but if I was driving the truck a great distance, I would have had to swap for a different truck.
