The gas station manager at the pick up location held the keys behind his counter, when I was just supposed to pick it up from the key box outside. Many issues with the whole pick up process (first two locations not having the truck I reserved, took 3+ hours to eventually get a truck at a third location, many troubles with the app and contacting U-Haul when trying to get my reserved truck).
