The service people were not able to check me in or out and did not know how to get the key out of the lock box or the combination. I ended up being the one to talk to the general manager and then received a fuel charge when I had filled the truck back up to where it should be. I did talk to the manager and he said he would send a credit for it, but am still waiting 2 days later and am still waiting for it to be applied.
Toni CThe gas station manager at the pick up location held the keys behind his counter, when I was just supposed to pick it up from the key box outside. Many issues with the whole pick up process (first two locations not having the truck I reserved, took 3+ hours to eventually get a truck at a third location, many troubles with the app and contacting U-Haul when trying to get my reserved truck).
