The manager of this location was present there was no business and he was sitting behind the counter talking to a coworker but he was very lazy in regards to assisting me. I was not sure how the process worked for self-checkout and he just would not help. When it was time to return the vehicle the gas station had no regular unleaded gas pumps working they only took cash for gas purchases and my only option was to use the stores ATM to get cash to pay for the gas which I think was a scam they pull so they get money from the ATM. the manager had a very bad unfriendly attitude upon pick up and drop off.

I was unable to pick up vehicle from location it was rented. Was not informed the new location was a gas station so it was hard to find. The app wasn't working. Had to contact a regional manager. I reserved it in person. Nothing was explained. Set back the moving time by one and half hours. Terrible experince.
