I received my contract 30 minutes after I returned the rental (via email). There was no inspection of the vehicle before or after, no verification of my identity, and a service person who did not know what they were doing. Even after repeated questioning about the above-mentioned items, the service person just sent us on our way. Thankfully we know the ins and outs of renting a vehicle, but this was really a new low in service. U-Haul was more than happy to swiftly charge me full price for this sub-par experience.Christopher L.

Truck had damage to front end. Was dirty and after was on the road the truck was really dangerous. Drove line to line and could not do interstate speed the front end would severely shake. Worst uhaul I have ever been in. The pickup location was not very knowledgeable and it took forever to get on the road. Explained to the drop off location about my experience. Thanks for letting me rent the truck to get my final move done.Jason B.

It took an extra 30 minutes to complete the check in steps. The location had reported known problems with the UHaul service before, and the check in and return experience were not seamless as advertised. The mobile system did not allow check in either.Logan T.
Be open on Sunday or have someone knowledgeable who can be reached. The problem wasn't the sit so much as the online check out software which did not work and delayed me by an hour. I had to get someone to check me out manually.Alexi V.

We had problems getting the van when we needed and lost a whole days pay. When we did get it, it took 2 hours to try and get the key out of the lock box. Then it had us returning it at the incorrect time. All of this is in the notesjohn J.
Would recommend. Great experience at pick up. But drop off was a pain. Had trouble connecting to the uhaul site for check in and employees were not much help. It was a bit aggravating just to turn the van in. Would most likely rent elsewhere next time.Leslie B.

The drop off location was closed when I dropped off the truck, however there was a phone number to call...I did call and spoke to a young lady who told me where to drop the key and I did as she instructed, however she did NOT tell me that I had to complete the process AT THE DROP OFF LOCATION online. She just told me that I needed to finish the process online.JoAnn P.

Have the person delivering the vehicle review ALL charges with the customer. I told the person if all I'm paying is $19.95 a day and .69 a mile. I'm good to go. But I later found out that I was paying for CDW at $10 a day. Which changed my attitude about the experience. As my auto policy covers rented vehicles.JOHNCHARLES S.
