Maybe the pickup location set a standard of customer service that not all sites can achieve. Basically I was forced to figure out and use the app process - I wish I had been told this upfront.

Only reason the rating isn't better is because of the new way you want everything entered. A pain in the a$$. The young man at the pick up didn't know exactly how to do it but worked his butt of to get done. A++++ for him. D- for Uhaul on this one.
Steve FLux auto was great! It was the drop off situation and the customer service representatives that were horrible. Charging me $400 for 50 miles. Ill never rent from uhaul again and definitely wont recommend. In fact Ill make this situation well known.

Dayton MRonnie went out-of-his-way to get me a truck after several false starts by UHAUL.
Joseph WMy drop off location was changed the day before I returned the trailer, and I did not see the text. I went to the original drop off location at 0700 hrs. and was told that I needed to return the trailer to a different location about 5 minutes away. I went to the other location and they were closed. They did not open until 0900 hrs. The location was poorly marked, and I had no idea where to leave the trailer. There was also no information posted about how to make a return after hours. They only had a drop box for keys. I went to your website and was able to figure out how to do a self-return. All in all, the return process sucked and wasted a couple hours of my time.
