No one was present at drop off as it was a Sunday. Very cramped parking, had to park in front of the business due to lack of designated parking to return the truck.

TONYA AWhen I rented trailer and picked up I noticed leaves covering the bottom of the trailer. I didn’t all for it to be cleaned since there seemed to be only one employee at the facility and he was very rushed to complete the hookup. When I got home to use the trailer in cleaning the leaves I found that the whole bottom of the trailer was converted with broken glass shards. It was a dangerous mess to clean up and took a considerable amount of time. I have photos. I should not be charred for this rental as it wasted my time and created an unsafe situation.
