I understand it was Christmas Eve when I turned in the trailer, but Lyman Automotive should have let people know that they were closed and U-HAUL should have known as well. Fortunately, I could check the trailer in on the app so it still worked out.

I had a problem with the app when returning the truck. Have been trying to connect with someone in customer service for over 2 weeks now. Kept on hold for nearly an hour at the return site then, was promised a call back same day. My email bounced back and I submitted a request for help online last week and still awaiting a response. My issue is with national customer service follow up. This location was fine.

steering wheel was off center, brakes were questionable, had a shimmy at 60 mph which made it difficult to control and was all over the road. I could not wait to get to my destination and give this truck back. Ive rented a lot of haul trucks and this was the worst driving one but it was clean.

This was not the location I was set to return but the location I was set to return was 30 minutes out of my way. I had been told by U-Haul I could return to the closest facility so I called this one. I returned the trailer to this facility on Friday morning, placing it where they instructed and they said I'd get an email as soon as they input the info. I had a call on Sat. from U-Haul saying I had not returned the trailer and woulds be charged extra. I called the facility Mon. morning and they said they did not have time on Friday to input but did right away.

I have rented several trucks over the years. This truck was the best - smooth ride, clean, drove well, etc. My only complaint, is that I ordered 3 dozen moving blankets, but only received one dozen. These blankets were critical to moving several antiques. I wanted two crucial hours finding blankets, carboard and bubble wrap before initiating our trip home.

Truck was fine. I ordered an appliance dolly which was not there upon arrival. I had to go to a separate location which added an additional 20 miles to my trip and an hour and a half to my day.
