Christine RThis was not the requested pick up location. I reserved a 6x12 trailer well over 2 weeks in advance. When I showed up they did not have a trailer for me and was sent to this location. Very poor U-Haul!
William PI made a reservation for a 26 foot truck at the end if March for a move out of state which took place in early May. The day before I am able to pick uo the tuck and Uhual called me to say that they did not have any 26 foot trucks around and only 20 ft us available. I was given no warning but because the truck was 6foot shorter, the truck could not fit all our belongings so I had to then rent a trailer at my own expense due to Uhaul not keeping their word when a person makes a reservation. I also had to leave items due to running out of space. Never using Uhaul again.

CHRISTOPHER LThe truck was dirty in the cab, fuel wasn’t full, AC in truck didn’t work. And when I returned the truck I put fuel in to bring back to original level, and still got charged for more fuel, because it was parked on a small hill and did not read properly. I will go with another rental next time. I called them to complain and they pushed it off on the main office, and wait times were 50-60 minutes to speak to someone. What a joke. Also there were some moving mats left in the back of the truck, and she said I could use them for free, they were extremely wet, and I’m guessing they didn’t want to take them out of the truck.

john ddropped off the trailer two days early. then I received an online invoice for charges saying I was late in returning to location. Made phone calls and said person that takes care of invoicing was not available. I will be persueing this and they will be sending me a refund
Deborah LThe app for after hours return didn't work. The location only has one person that can sign out the equipment and if they are out on a tow job, you may have to wait and hour or more for them to get back
